Organize and manage your transcripts with VideoToBe's content management features.

Media Library

Your workspace media library contains all uploaded and imported content:

  • Video and audio files with transcripts
  • YouTube imports
  • Generated artifacts and summaries

Content Actions

  • View: Open content to read transcript and watch/listen to media
  • Edit: Modify transcript text and speaker names
  • Download: Export in TXT, SRT, VTT, or JSON format
  • Share: Generate public link for sharing
  • Delete: Remove content from workspace (soft delete)

Public Sharing

Make transcripts publicly accessible:

  1. Open content page
  2. Toggle "Public" switch
  3. Copy public link
  4. Share with anyone

Public links allow viewing without login and include media player and full transcript.

Editing Transcripts

  • Click on any text to edit inline
  • Rename speaker labels (Speaker 1 → John)
  • Changes save automatically
  • Download edited versions in all formats
