- Go to Settings → Billing

- Update payment method
- Retry payment

Can't Cancel Subscription
Solution
- Log in to app.videotobe.com
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription" in Stripe portal
Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period.
Unexpected Downgrade
Cause
Subscription was canceled or payment failed and grace period expired.
What Happens
- Existing content remains accessible
- New uploads subject to Free plan limits
- No data is deleted
