Payment Failed

Cause

  • Card declined by bank
  • Expired credit card
  • Insufficient funds
  • Incorrect billing information

Solution

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Update payment method
  4. Retry payment

Your account enters "past_due" status with a grace period. Update payment promptly to avoid service interruption.

Can't Cancel Subscription

Solution

  1. Log in to app.videotobe.com
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Manage Subscription"
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription" in Stripe portal

Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period.

Unexpected Downgrade

Cause

Subscription was canceled or payment failed and grace period expired.

What Happens

  • Existing content remains accessible
  • New uploads subject to Free plan limits
  • No data is deleted
